("iBaby"), as the operator of the "iBaby Home" mini-program ("Mini-Program"), fully understands the importance of your personal information and strives to ensure its security and reliability. iBaby is committed to maintaining your trust and adheres to the following principles to protect your personal information: the principle of accountability, purpose limitation, consent, data minimization, security, individual participation, and transparency. iBaby promises to adopt industry-standard security solutions and appropriate measures to safeguard your personal information. Accordingly, iBaby hereby formulates this Privacy Policy ("Policy") and informs you as follows:
1. Scope of Application
This Policy applies to all products and services provided by iBaby. If iBaby’s
affiliated companies or partners use iBaby’s products or services (e.g., direct
account login) without an independent privacy policy, this Policy shall also
apply.
This Policy does not apply to services provided by third parties or products/services for which iBaby has established separate privacy policies.

To create an account, you must provide:
l Nickname, avatar, gender, date of birth, mobile number/WeChat/QQ ID.
l A valid mobile number for SMS verification. Refusal to provide this will limit access to certain features.
Your information will be retained during service use. Upon account deletion, iBaby will anonymize or delete your data as required by law.
You must provide：Name, ID number, gender, age, and facial recognition data.
To enable location-based features (e.g., city/region), iBaby requests GPS access. Denying permission restricts location-related functions.
iBaby uses your browsing/search history, device data, and location to tailor content. Note: Algorithmic recommendations are not guaranteed to be 100% accurate. Feedback may be submitted via customer support.

b. Automatically Collected Information
l Device Data: Model, OS version, unique identifiers, IP address, GPS/Wi-Fi/Bluetooth data.

Information from iBaby’s affiliates may be aggregated to provide integrated
services.
To prevent fraud, hacking, or violations, iBaby may use your identity, contact details, and device data to verify accounts, detect risks, and ensure security.
iBaby will seek consent before using your information for purposes not stated here.
Per laws, consent is not required for:
l National/public security, criminal investigations, public health emergencies.
l Protecting life/property where consent is impractical.

If iBaby ceases operations, your data will be anonymized or deleted.
iBaby shares data only under these circumstances:

l Delete accounts (data anonymized post-deletion).

Submit requests via customer service. iBaby may verify your identity and respond within 30 days. Exceptions apply for legal, security, or public interest reasons.
Minors must obtain parental consent to use iBaby’s services. iBaby processes minors’ data only when necessary and lawful.
Data is stored in China unless:
l Required by law.
l You
explicitly consent (e.g., cross-border interactions).
Adequate protection is ensured.
Significant changes (e.g., service models, ownership, rights) will be notified prominently. Continued use implies acceptance. Archived versions are available.
